Cape Landscapes, LLC ("we", "us") runs capelandscapesme.com. This page says what we collect on the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

- What you send us. When you fill out the project details form or the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, phone, email, property address, and what you tell us about the project.
- How the site is used. We do not run analytics on this site.
- Maps. The service-area map is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
- Videos. The project videos play from YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. After that, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
- Fonts. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens, under Google's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you hire us, to plan and do the work.
- To keep a record of the project.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties, except the services that handle it for us, listed below.
Who handles it for us
- Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which stores them so we can read them.
- Email and calls come to our office directly.
How long we keep it
Project inquiries and records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal and tax obligations. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

- You can use the site without filling out any form.
Children
The site is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
