Cape Landscapes is a locally owned and operated landscaping company founded by Zach Hanna, a third-generation Cape Elizabeth native. Raised in the community he now serves, Zach brings a deep understanding of the town’s character and a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
From a young age, Zach developed a commitment to quality and attention to detail. These skills shape every project, whether designing gardens, building patios, walkways, and retaining walls, or crafting custom stone features. He believes small details make a lasting impact.

A thank you to Jordan's Farm
Jordan's Farm Stand in Cape Elizabeth has a longstanding relationship with Cape Landscapes. They have supported the company in several ways, including supplying mulch and other materials, and Cape Landscapes operates its shop and facility from the Jordan's property.
The farm had an old walkway that had been installed many years earlier. It had deteriorated significantly and had essentially become a muddy depression. When Jordan's approached the team about possibly replacing it, Cape Landscapes immediately agreed to handle the work.
Cape Landscapes installed a simple but attractive brick walkway. The project was provided at no charge as a thank-you for everything Jordan's has done for the community and Cape Landscapes.

We build patios, stonework, and gardens and handle drainage and property care for homeowners across Cumberland and York counties, from Brunswick down the coast to Wells. Cape Elizabeth is home, and most of our projects are a short drive from it. If your town is close to one on the list, ask us; we take on projects nearby.
